WIFE OF BATH GOUDA Bath, England

As a hand-made, single-herd cheese, Wyfe of Bath’s taste changes slightly according to the season, but it is always sweet and rich, and redolent of buttercup meadows! The cheese is similar in style to a young Gouda (Interestingly pronounced ‘how da’), but it is not pressed, and this gives it a much more springy texture than its Dutch cousin. 

FROMAGER D'AFFINOIS TRIPLE CREAM Rhône-Alpes, France 

This double cream pasteurised cow's milk cheese is rich, fresh and slightly salted. The rind of Fromager d’Affinois is slightly washed and develops a covering of fine white mould during affinage. A very elegant, crowd pleaser, brie style cheese.

ST AGUR BLU Rhône-Alps, France

Our favorite blue cheese. The addition of cream during production creates a lusciously soft and creamy cow’s milk blue that is mild in flavour, ideal for those who say they don’t like blue cheese. It is made from pasteurised cow's milk, enriched with cream, and contains 60% butterfat, qualifying it as a double-cream cheese.
